Our colleagues Sara and Cristina recently participated in a talk organized as part of the MIA Project at SAFA El Puerto de Santa María, an initiative aimed at inspiring girls and young students to explore their future in technical careers.
The project was created in response to concerns about the low number of women enrolling in technical training programs and university degrees such as engineering or architecture. Through engaging activities and meetings with professionals, the program seeks to spark students’ curiosity and introduce them to new development opportunities.
These sessions combine fun workshops and inspiring talks, where women professionals share their experiences and career paths in technical fields, becoming role models for future generations.
Initiatives like this aim to reduce the gender gap, empower female talent, and promote technical vocations, while also developing inclusive programs focused on training, mentoring, and awareness.
We are very proud to collaborate in projects that help build a more diverse and inclusive future in the technology sector.
