Each model provides a specific level of protection against fraud, either by making refilling more difficult or by making it evident to the consumer that the cap has been tampered with.
Non-Refillable Caps for Oil
The Captor model, for example, features a hidden guarantee seal that, once the bottle has been opened, cannot be concealed again, clearly showing evidence of tampering. In addition, it is equipped with a high-security system against refilling and is manufactured with next-generation materials that offer maximum resistance to any attempt of manipulation.
The Gades model also includes a seal system that breaks upon first use and incorporates a series of internal elements and labyrinths that protect the bottle against refilling or adulteration.
The Olea closure is a pilfer-proof sealing solution, with first-opening evidence and a safety valve. This cap has been specifically developed to be compatible with the same equipment used to apply other pilfer-proof dispensing caps.

At Grupo Torrent, our caps not only stand out for being non-refillable and user-friendly, but they are also manufactured under strict sustainability principles.
The assembly process of our non-refillable pourer caps for oil is carried out without the use of adhesives, thus making it easier to separate and recycle the materials employed, such as aluminum and polyethylene. Thanks to this approach, most of these materials (around 90%) are recycled or reused, either directly within our production process or through collaboration with specialized suppliers.
